We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales & Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business, building client relationships, and expanding our presence in the employee benefits and financial services market.

Develop and execute sales strategies to generate new business
Prospect and connect with business owners, HR leaders, and decision-makers
Present and implement solutions, including: Group Benefits, supplemental and voluntary benefits, retirement and financial planning strategies
Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools
Manage client relationships and provide ongoing service and support
Identify cross-selling opportunities across multiple product lines
Stay informed on market trends and competitor offerings
Collaborate with internal partners and carriers to deliver tailored solutions
Negotiate plan design and pricing to meet client needs
1–5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or financial services
Employee benefits or insurance experience preferred but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated with a high level of drive and accountability
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-based environment
Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)
Commission-based compensation with performance incentives
Expected earnings: $40,000 – $150,000+ per year
