Meet Our Team

Since 2014, Melissa has been helping people find clarity, understanding, and confidence in their finances. She enjoys working with businesses on their employee benefits programs and with individuals and families on their personal financial strategies. No matter the age or stage in life, Melissa’s goal is to meet people where they are and guide them on their path to financial peace of mind. Growing up in a tight-knit family, she truly values personal relationships; therefore, the relationship with her client remains at the forefront of everything she does. Her priority is making sure her clients feel comfortable, know that their best interests are held with the highest regard, and have a thorough understanding of their financial world and the opportunities and challenges that are within it.

Melissa has been a qualifying member of the Million Dollar Round Table^* (2018, 2019, 2021, 2022 and 2023). She is a founding member of the ice hockey program through OASIS Rochester, a program that provides opportunities and support to disabled veterans. She also volunteers with several organizations, including Rochester Hearing and Speech Center.

Melissa’s drive for everything she does is her two boys, Adriano and Domenico. Raising them on her own, they are the light of her life and she loves spending as much time with them as she can. Her oldest is high-functioning autistic, and he is currently in college dual majoring in History and Italian. Her youngest is in high school and enjoys playing football, basketball, and lacrosse. Melissa and her fiancé Frank love traveling and visiting family all over the world. She has retired from teaching figure skating after three decades.
